WHAT ARE CONTINGENCY ATTORNEY FEES?

We handle all cases on a contingency basis, which means you pay NO FEES UNLESS YOU WIN! All cases that are accepted by Bridgemont Group are handled under a contingency fee agreement. What this means for you is that there are never any out-of-pocket costs to hire our law firm, and you only pay us our fee if a recovery is received in your case.

WHAT ARE MASS TORTS?

A Mass Tort is a case where many people are injuried in a similar way by a corporation, usually by a similar product. Some examples are dangerous drugs, defective medical devices, or unsafe products.

By sharing research and other elements of the case, mass tort claimants benefit from each other, but still have their cases considered individually. Attorneys will pursue individual lawsuits, although many times they may be consolidated in the beginning by the Court.

Some of the elements that are common in mass torts is that you have a large number of claims that derive from a single product or event, all of the claims may have factual and legal issues in common, the claimants share a common goal, and every claimant has it’s own individual case.
